As an AI Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and documenting retail business processes to identify opportunities for AI and automation. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, and partnering with data scientists to design AI models aligned with retail objectives. You will support the implementation of AI solutions such as demand forecasting, product recommendations, and customer behavior analysis. Additionally, you will leverage LLMs and Generative AI for automated insights, report generation, customer interaction, and content personalization. Monitoring AI performance, analyzing results, and suggesting process or model improvements will also be part of your role. You will maintain thorough documentation of AI initiatives, workflows, and results while staying updated on emerging AI, generative, and retail technology trends. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and document retail business processes to identify AI and automation opportunities. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define success metrics. - Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for AI development teams. - Partner with data scientists to design and validate AI models for retail objectives. - Support implementation of AI solutions like demand forecasting and product recommendations. - Utilize LLMs and Generative AI for automated insights and content personalization. - Monitor AI performance, analyze results, and suggest improvements. - Maintain documentation of AI initiatives and stay updated on AI trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 8-10 years of experience as an AI Analyst or Business Analyst in the retail sector. - Strong understanding of retail operations, sales analytics, and inventory management. - Ability to convert business requirements into technical documentation. - Knowledge of AI and ML concepts, including predictive modeling and automation. - Experience with LLMs and Generative AI tools for business use cases. - Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. - Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, or R for data analysis and AI integration. - Familiarity with AI/automation platforms such as Azure AI or Google Cloud AI. - Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
