Role & responsibilities

Strategic Leadership- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives and
provide leadership to the retail sales team.
Sales Management-
Oversee all aspects of retail sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, monitoring sales performance, analyzing data /trends
, reporting, and suggesting improvements.
Manage inventory:
Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and oversee replenishment to ensure optimal stock on hand
.
Ensure customer satisfaction:
Address customer complaints, resolve issues,
and ensure a high level of customer service and positive shopping experience.
Marketing -
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective retail marketing strategies
. Utilize insights and market intelligence to adapt sales strategies to market changes.
Compliance -Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Manage inventory:
