Job Description

Job Summary:

The Store Manager will be responsible for leading overall store operations, ensuring seamless customer service, maximizing sales, maintaining store standards, and managing staff performance as per Amartex policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Achieve monthly sales targets and improve conversion & basket size.
Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and stock display standards.
Manage staff scheduling, training, grooming, and performance.
Ensure proper inventory control: stock checks, shrinkage control.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high service satisfaction.
Coordinate with HO for promotions, pricing, and operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety guidelines, and audit standards.
Monitor cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily cash reconciliation.
