Factory Hr Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead the Human Resource function at our Industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial HR practices, labor laws, employee relations, and performance management preferably within a factory or plant environment. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations: Manage end-to-end HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave & attendance, and employee lifecycle. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Maintain HRMIS and employee records accurately. Recruitment & Manpower Planning: Plan and execute hiring across staff and factory workforce (skilled/semi-skilled/unskilled). Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower needs and fill critical gaps. Employee Relations & Compliance: Maintain harmonious industrial relations between workers, unions, and management. Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and ensure adherence to labor law regulations. Liaise with local authorities for PF, ESI, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment, etc. Training & Development: Identify training needs and conduct skill-building sessions for factory and supervisory staff. Drive employee engagement and team-building initiatives. Performance Management: Implement and monitor KPIs and performance appraisal systems. Advise department heads on performance improvement plans. Key Requirements: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification 10-15 years of HR experience, with at least 23 years in textile/garment/factory environments Strong knowledge of labour laws, factory compliance, and industrial relations Proficient in MS Office, HR software/ERP systems Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
