Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensure complete compliance with statutory laws, labour regulations, and all factory-related legal requirements.
Maintain and update mandatory HR registers, licenses, contractor documents, and audit records.
Coordinate with government departments for inspections, submissions, renewals, and legal approvals.
Lead HR-related compliance audits and implement timely corrective actions.
Oversee attendance, payroll inputs, contract labour management, and adherence to HR policies.
Manage recruitment for factory positions, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Handle bulk hiring requirements during ramp-up, peak seasons, or new line expansions.
Ensure timely onboarding, documentation, and induction of new hires.
Drive employee grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and workplace dispute resolution.
Conduct training programs on compliance, safety, POSH, and HR policies while ensuring strong workplace discipline and culture.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum
10+ years of experience
as an HR professional in a
factory/manufacturing setup
.
Strong knowledge of
Labour Laws, Factory Act, Statutory Compliance, and Industrial Relations (IR)
.
Experience in handling
contract labour, unions, audits
, and statutory authorities.
Proven experience in
bulk hiring
and managing large manpower requirements.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Ability to handle employee relations, compliance issues, and crisis situations confidently.
