As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team and support key financial operations at our Rabale plant . Key Responsibilities: Record and post purchase and expense invoices in ERP (Tally/SAP). Generate and post sales invoices accurately. Manage bank payments, receipts , and maintain daily bank transactions. Handle TDS calculation, deduction, and timely compliance . Maintain GST records and perform regular reconciliations. Prepare and verify Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) . Manage petty cash transactions and maintain records. Assist in monthly physical stock verification and reconciliation. Candidate Profile: Commerce graduate with 24 years of experience in accounting. Strong command of ERP systems like Tally or SAP. Working knowledge of TDS, GST, and statutory compliance . Proficient in MS Excel and financial documentation . Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of working independently.
