Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage on-roll and contractual manpower deployment, shift-wise and department-wise
  • Handle recruitment coordination, onboarding, and documentation
  • Maintain statutory registers, compliance records, and audit-ready documentation
  • Support in disciplinary actions, inquiry documentation, and union coordination
  • Prepare and update organization charts, and manpower summaries
  • Prepare Division HR MIS and Analytics
  • Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with labor laws such as Contract Labour Act, ESI Act, PF Act, and Factory Act
  • Ensure statutory compliance by implementing measures to prevent accidents under the Factories Act
  • Develop strategies for effective union management and plant HR operations

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or Industrial Relations
  • 46 years of experience in plant HR operations
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance frameworks
  • Proficient in Excel, HRIS, and documentation tools
  • Ability to work across multi-location teams and handle sensitive matters discreetly
  • Marathi language proficiency preferred for local coordination
