Our facility, located in SIPCOT, Gummidipoondi, Chennai, recovers high-value outputs such as steel scrap, charred carbon black, and tyre pyrolysis oil, supporting a more circular and sustainable materials economy. We are built for high-efficiency and continuous processing of End-of-Life Tyres (ELTs). Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory HR Manager located in Chennai. The Factory HR Manager will oversee the human resources functions within the facility, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role will involve daily tasks such as managing payroll, addressing employee grievances, coordinating training programs, and implementing HR policies and procedures. The manager will also work closely with other department heads to support the overall HR needs of the facility. Qualifications Experience in hiring, onboarding, and employee relations for Factory operations Knowledge of labor laws, wage regulations, safety standards, and employment policies 5-7 year of experience Skills in payroll management and addressing employee grievances Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the manufacturing or recycling industry is a plus Ability to speak English and Tamil. The role involves overseeing electrical installations, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and safety regulations. Day-to-day tasks include routine maintenance, troubleshooting electrical systems, coordinating with other technical teams, and ensuring optimal performance of electrical equipment. The role also involves performing risk assessments and implementing energy-efficient solutions. Qualifications Must hold a valid Electrical C Licence Proficient in electrical installations and maintenance Experience with troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance Ability to perform risk assessments and implement energy-efficient solutions Ability to speak English and Tamil. Preferably also Hindi Good communication and teamwork abilities Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is a plus Experience in the recycling or waste management industry is advantageous
