Gateway Green Resources is a tyre recycling facility specializing in the shredding and pyrolysis of waste and scrap tyres through an advanced continuous process plant. Our facility, located in SIPCOT, Gummidipoondi, Chennai, recovers high-value outputs such as steel scrap, charred carbon black, and tyre pyrolysis oil, supporting a more circular and sustainable materials economy. We are built for high-efficiency and continuous processing of End-of-Life Tyres (ELTs).

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory HR Manager located in Chennai. The Factory HR Manager will oversee the human resources functions within the facility, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role will involve daily tasks such as managing payroll, addressing employee grievances, coordinating training programs, and implementing HR policies and procedures. The manager will also work closely with other department heads to support the overall HR needs of the facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in hiring, onboarding, and employee relations for Factory operations
• Knowledge of labor laws, wage regulations, safety standards, and employment policies
• 5-7 year of experience
• Skills in payroll management and addressing employee grievances
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or recycling industry is a plus
• Ability to speak English and Tamil. Preferably also Hindi
