ADMIN SUPERVISOR FOR FACTORY AT RANIA KANPUR DEHAT WORKING SHIFT 12 HRS

Candidate should have worked of loading and unloading supervisor. candidate should be ready to work for 12 hrs shift in cattle feeds manufacturing plant.

Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)

Manage the warehouse inventory and ensure accurate stock levels. Oversee the receiving and dispatching of goods. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. EXP- CATTLE / POULTRY FEED PLANT. .

Good Command to handle Manpower Good Knowledge of Maintenance and Production Knowledge of Many types of machines, motor and gear Box Big Jumbo Machine-375hp motor Ensure the completion of daily production schedules & targets Factory Administration

To look after General administration in factory manufacturing production plant. working shift 12 hrs location is rania (kanpur Dehat).

Requirement Ex Army Candidate Physically fit, active Duty timings- 8 AM to 8 PM Supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers. Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.

1. Candidates should be capable of handling around 400-500 employees in manufacturing unit. 2. Candidates should be able to prepare salary of the employees along with the expertise in MS-excel. 3. Experience of 5-6 years required in manufacturing.

Experience - Cattle feed / Poultry feed - 10 yrs + Qualification- B. Tech/ Diploma Overseeing the maintenance of mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance Planning and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance.
