Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Manjilas Food and Beverages Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory role.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
Manage staff schedules, including training new employees and conducting performance evaluations.
Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless service delivery.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Familiarity with health and safety protocols and labor laws.
