Role & responsibilities Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter passed) with 13 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or finance. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit processes. Hands-on experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and MIS preparation. Proficiency in accounting tools (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP, or similar). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with clients and team members effectively. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under deadlines, and take ownership of deliverables. Preferred candidate profile Role & Responsibilities Assist in accounting, audit, and financial reporting for multiple clients across sectors. Handle month-end close activities including reconciliations, accruals, and preparation of MIS/financial statements. Support statutory and tax audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Work on accounting software/ERPs (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP, etc.) for bookkeeping and reporting. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for reporting, statutory compliance, and process improvements. Manage and guide junior team members, ensuring timely deliverables and quality output. Contribute to internal reviews, process standardization, and documentation of best practices.
