The role demands a results-driven professional with strong business acumen, operational excellence, and people management skills to ensure profitability, efficiency, and superior guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Direct and manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and policies. Develop, monitor, and control budgets, P&L statements, and cost structures to achieve financial targets. Oversee food costing, inventory management, vendor relations, and waste control to maximize efficiency. Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team while maintaining a culture of accountability and service excellence. Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations. Enhance customer experience through service quality, timely resolution of guest concerns, and continuous process improvements. Drive revenue through promotional strategies, upselling, and operational innovations. Prepare operational and performance reports for management review. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality or related field. Minimum 4–6 years of experience in restaurant management or F&B operations. Strong expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and cost optimization. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
