We are seeking a skilled and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our operations, drive team performance, and ensure high standards of service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including dining area, kitchen coordination, and bar management.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure smooth kitchen and bar operations.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Implement marketing initiatives and promotions to drive footfall and customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• 3–4 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a full-service restaurant (experience with Mexican cuisine preferred).
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
