Job Description – Restaurant Manager (QSR Brand) Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in QSR / Food & Beverage / Hospitality industry Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused professional with at least 3 years of experience in the QSR or hospitality industry. The role involves managing daily operations, ensuring high service standards, and leading a team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the outlet including staff management, inventory, and customer service. Ensure compliance with company standards, hygiene, and safety regulations. Manage shift schedules, team performance, and on-floor training. Monitor sales, control costs, and achieve revenue targets. Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain stock levels, place orders, and reduce wastage. Support new product launches, marketing activities, and promotional campaigns. Generate daily/weekly reports on operations, sales, and manpower. Requirements Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in QSR / Food & Beverage industry (team handling experience is a must). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
