Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic International Business Development Executive to help us expand Glitchover’s presence in global markets. You will be responsible for identifying potential international partners, reaching out to creators/streamers, building relationships, and driving global growth opportunities for the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential international markets and growth opportunities.
• Reach out to international creators, streamers, and agencies for partnerships.
• Manage end-to-end outreach, communication, pitching, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with global partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to suggest new strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, tech, marketing) to onboard and support international creators.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) — must be comfortable interacting internationally.
• Prior experience in sales, BD, or creator relations is a plus.
• Knowledge of global creator markets, gaming, or content platforms is preferred.
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
