As a Business Development Executive for International Sales, your role will involve client acquisition, retention, and grievance handling. You will be responsible for explaining trading strategies, company terms, and market risks to clients. Generating prospects through leads on a daily basis via telephonic, visual, and text conversations will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will conduct risk profile management and trading strategy sessions with clients, as well as explore the global market to stay updated on current affairs in order to better assist investors and traders. Achieving monthly tasks through client acquisition is also a crucial aspect of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Client acquisition, retention & Grievance Handling. - Explain Trading Strategies, Company Terms, and Market Risk to the Clients. - Generate prospects through leads on Daily Basis via Telephonic, Visual & Text conversations. - Conduct Risk Profile Management & Trading Strategies sessions with the clients. - Explore the Global Market, stay updated on current affairs to better assist Investors & Traders. - Achieve Monthly tasks via Client Acquisition. Qualifications Required: - Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate. - Vocal, Enthusiastic, and Innovative. - Knowledge of the Global Market (Forex & Comex). - Fluent English Communication, Sales & Marketing Skills are required. - Should be a driven, self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, responsible team player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills. - Experience in International Sales, Marketing, Global Market, and Financial Services will be preferred. In addition to a competitive salary package ranging from 2.40 LPA to 4.20 LPA (In-hand) with excellent incentives, you will also have the opportunity to earn desired incentives, go on overseas trips sponsored by the company, and participate in monthly contests with a chance to win trophies.
