Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven candidate to join our growing team. The candidate will play a key role in expanding Glitchover’s reach by building relationships with streamers, content creators, and strategic partners. If you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and love turning opportunities into growth, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard streamers, creators, and influencers to the Glitchover platform.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term collaboration.
• Research and analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities.
• Develop and pitch business proposals to potential partners and clients.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align growth strategies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets.
• Represent Glitchover at networking events, virtual communities, and industry meetups.

Requirements

• 6months - 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in gaming, entertainment, or influencer marketing).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with creators and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with ownership and accountability.
• Passion for gaming, live streaming, or digital media is a big plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
