About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused professional with at least 3 years of experience in the QSR or hospitality industry. The role involves managing daily operations, ensuring high service standards, and leading a team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the outlet including staff management, inventory, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Manage shift schedules, team performance, and on-floor training.
• Monitor sales, control costs, and achieve revenue targets.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain stock levels, place orders, and reduce wastage.
• Support new product launches, marketing activities, and promotional campaigns.
• Generate daily/weekly reports on operations, sales, and manpower.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in QSR / Food & Beverage industry (team handling experience is a must).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
