Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food.
Supervise and train staff members to achieve exceptional performance standards.
Implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and employees.
Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing a team effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is required.
Excellent problem-solving skills are needed to resolve customer complaints and issues.
A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
