Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 2–5 years (F&B / QSR / Café / Hospitality Preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Manager who will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of our outlets. The role involves monitoring store operations, managing staff, maintaining quality & service standards, ensuring adherence to SOPs, and resolving operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations & Performance

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Monitor hygiene standards, food quality, service speed, store ambience, and customer experience.
  • Ensure all operational SOPs, checklists, and brand guidelines are strictly followed.
  • Conduct surprise audits and regular store visits.

2. Team Leadership & Workforce Management

  • Supervise Outlet Managers, Kitchen Teams, and Service Staff.
  • Ensure proper staff scheduling and manage manpower requirements.
  • Train teams on service standards, grooming, hospitality etiquette, and kitchen hygiene.
  • Address performance issues and conduct coaching sessions.

3. Inventory & Cost Control

  • Monitor food cost, wastage, revenue leakage, and inventory variance.
  • Ensure timely ordering and accurate stock receiving at outlets.
  • Coordinate with the Purchase & Finance departments to maintain cost efficiency.
  • Ensure equipment is maintained and serviced when needed.

4. Customer Feedback & Issue Resolution

  • Address customer complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
  • Track guest satisfaction scores and work on improvement areas.
  • Build strong customer service culture in stores.

5. Business Metrics & Reporting

  • Monitor daily sales performance and suggest improvements.
  • Support new product launches, promotional campaigns, and menu rollouts.
  • Prepare MIS reports — sales, wastage, labor cost, P&L inputs, etc.
  • Present findings and improvement plans to senior management.

6. Expansion & New Store Setup (if applicable)

  • Assist in new outlet openings — site readiness, staff hiring, vendor coordination, equipment setup, training & launch execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of operational experience in QSR, Restaurants, Café chains, Cloud Kitchens, Catering, or Hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of kitchen workflows, inventory systems, and customer service standards.
  • Ability to travel and oversee multiple outlet locations.
