Job Description

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.
Manage and supervise all staff, including front-of-house, kitchen, and support teams.
Ensure excellent guest experience by addressing queries, feedback, and service issues promptly.
Monitor food quality, service standards, hygiene, and safety compliance at all times.
Handle staff scheduling, attendance, training, and performance evaluations.
Maintain and renew all licenses, legal documents, and statutory compliance related to the restaurant.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely purchase of inventory and ensure proper stock control.
Manage cash handling, billing accuracy, daily sales reports, and financial record-keeping.
Implement marketing activities, promotions, and new ideas to increase footfall and revenue.
Maintain strong communication between kitchen, service team, and management.
Monitor maintenance of the property, equipment, and overall restaurant cleanliness.
Resolve customer complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction and retention.
Ensure adherence to SOPs and create new SOPs wherever required for service and operations.
Support recruitment by identifying staffing needs and conducting interviews.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
