Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Optimize restaurant layout and seating arrangements for operational efficiency. 2. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including kitchen and front-of-house teams. Develop work schedules and delegate tasks effectively. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement. 3. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure customers receive prompt and exceptional service. Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvements where necessary. 4. Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and achieve revenue targets. Track daily sales, expenses, and profitability. Analyze financial reports and identify opportunities for growth and cost savings. 5. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and offers. Engage with local communities to enhance the restaurant’s visibility and reputation. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay competitive. 6. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, staff performance, and operational issues. Maintain accurate records of inventory, payroll, and customer feedback. Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
