Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team, with 4-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing restaurants and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
Analyze sales reports and develop plans to boost revenue.
Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve exceptional performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
