  • Diamond Parks, located in Lohegaon, Pune, is just 10 kms from the Airport and provides a fun-filled experience for friends, families, and corporates. The three parks under Diamond Parks are Diamond Water Park with 32 International Water Rides & Attractions, Diamond Adventure Park with 29 International Adventure Attractions, and Camp Diamond offering American-style camping with day and night activities. The parks are known for their international safety standards and are open for enjoyment without any worry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • 🔹 Restaurant Operations
  • Manage daily restaurant operations within the park, ensuring smooth and timely service.
  • Monitor cleanliness, food presentation, and staff hygiene standards as per FSSAI guidelines.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, service, and cashier teams to maintain high service standards.
  • 🔹 Staff Management
  • Supervise, train, and motivate F&B service staff (waiters, stewards, kitchen helpers, cashiers).
  • Prepare and manage duty rosters, ensuring adequate staffing during peak hours.
  • 🔹 Guest Service
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements in service delivery.
  • 🔹 Inventory & Cost Control
  • Monitor daily consumption of food and beverages.
  • Conduct physical stock checks and maintain inventory records.
  • Prevent pilferage and wastage of resources.
  • 🔹 Sales & Billing
  • Monitor sales reports and cashier activity.
  • Ensure timely billing and POS system accuracy.
  • Upsell combos and offers to boost average bill value.
  • 🔹 Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, FSSAI norms, and safety protocols.
  • Maintain licenses and documentation for the restaurant operations.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in restaurant/F&B management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience in managing food counters, guest flow, and cash handling.
  • Working knowledge of POS systems and inventory software.
  • Fluency in

    English, Hindi, and Marathi

    is preferred.
  • Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
