Role Description

Position: Legal Executive

Location: Pune (On-site – Diamond Waterpark Pvt. Ltd.)

Work Split: 10% Water Park Operations, 90% Real Estate Legal Matters

Experience Required: 2–4 years (preferred in Real Estate)

Salary: As per industry standards

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Executive to manage legal matters for both our Water Park operations (20%) and our Real Estate projects (80%). The candidate must be fluent in the local language (Marathi/Hindi) and well-versed in real estate laws and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to both water park operations and real estate projects
• Handle property-related legal documentation: agreements to sale, lease deeds, registration, NOCs, and compliance checks
• Provide legal support for vendor contracts, service agreements, and employee-related compliance for the water park
• Liaise with external legal consultants, authorities, and government departments as required
• Monitor regulatory changes in both hospitality and real estate sectors and ensure organisational compliance
• Assist management with dispute resolution and litigation support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognised university
• 2–4 years of proven experience in the real estate sector
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and contract management skills
• Fluency in Marathi (local language) is mandatory
• Strong communication and coordination skills
