Legal Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to both water park operations and real estate projects
• Handle property-related legal documentation: agreements to sale, lease deeds, registration, NOCs, and compliance checks
• Provide legal support for vendor contracts, service agreements, and employee-related compliance for the water park
• Liaise with external legal consultants, authorities, and government departments as required
• Monitor regulatory changes in both hospitality and real estate sectors and ensure organizational compliance
• Assist management with dispute resolution and litigation support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized university
• 2–4 years of proven experience in the

  real estate sector

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and contract management skills
• Fluency in Marathi (local language) is mandatory
• Strong communication and coordination skills
