Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations including opening & closing procedures.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest queries or complaints.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control costs.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams for smooth coordination.
• Track sales, analyze performance, and prepare reports.
• Support marketing & promotional activities to drive business.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager (minimum 3–5 years).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of café/restaurant operations and industry trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of budgeting, P&L, and cost control.
• Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
