The ideal candidate will be responsible for 360 degree marketing and CRM. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute local offline marketing strategies to increase walk-ins and brand visibility. Plan and manage BTL (Below the Line) activities, including events, samplings, and partnerships. Build relationships with local influencers, RWAs, colleges, and corporate offices to promote brand engagement. Coordinate with the design team to develop marketing collaterals (flyers, posters, standees). Identify sponsorship opportunities, local events, and festivals for brand participation. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns; track ROI and provide actionable insights. Liaise with vendors and ensure timely execution of marketing activities. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2–4 years of relevant experience preferably in the F&B or retail sector.
