Senior Operations Manager

As a Senior Operations Manager in the Restaurant/Food & Beverage industry with over 5 years of experience (F&B/QSR/Casual Dining preferred), your primary role will be to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple outlets. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning, maintaining quality and service standards, managing teams effectively, and driving profitability. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations across all locations to ensure efficiency and consistency, managing and training restaurant staff to uphold SOPs and brand standards, monitoring sales, budgets, and costs to drive revenue and optimize operational performance, maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety, and customer satisfaction, implementing processes for inventory control, vendor management, and quality assurance, and coordinating with marketing and leadership teams for campaigns and new initiatives.
