The Restaurant Manager will assume a pivotal role in the daily operations, leadership, and success of our establishment. This position demands a combination of strong leadership, operational expertise, and customer service skills to ensure the restaurant runs efficiently and that guests enjoy a remarkable dining experience.

PERSONALITY

1 Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role.

2 Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

2 Strong knowledge of Budgeting and Understanding finances behind running as a bussiness

3 Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.

4 In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, food and beverage service and Costings

5 Proficiency in restaurant management software (POS systems, inventory software, etc.).

6 Strong analytical interest and advanced skill of working on Excel sheets

7 Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

8 Professional appearance and demeanor.

9 Strong Team Management and Training abilities

LOCATION AND LOGISTICS Within 10km Or 1 hour travel from the Outlet.

EDUCATION

Minimum Education :- GRADUATE IN ANY DISCIPLINE

Technical Education :- COMPUTER PROFICIENY. SHOULD HAVE A SMART PHONE

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Experience Resturant Industry :- 5-6 years

Minimum Experience Senior Restaurant Position :- 2 Years

BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS

1 Fluent in English

2 Strong verbal and written communication skills

3 Skill in identifying and resolving issues quickly and effectively.

4 Capacity to stay calm under pressure

5 Effective time management and organizational skills

6 Skill in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis

7 Knowledge of inventory management techniques

8 Strong understanding of food safety regulations

9 Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising restaurant staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
