JOB BRIEF

Job Overview: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Full Time Accountant to join our team. The role requires focusing on maintaining financial records, reconciling daily receipts and weekly bills, generating monthly financial reports, and ensuring that inventory records are kept up to date. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally and have experience in bookkeeping and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records using Tally.
• Perform daily reconciliation of receipts and weekly reconciliation of bills and expenses.
• Prepare monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Monitor and ensure accuracy in inventory tracking and control.
• Assist in keeping books in order, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to reconcile discrepancies in accounts.
• Support in preparing financial documents and reports for audits, when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
• Proficiency in Tally is essential.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus.

EDUCATION

Minimum Education :- Commerce Graduate

Technical Education :- Tally Required.

Minimum Experience:- 4-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
