Role OverviewThe Restaurant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure smooth service flow, maintain quality standards, manage staff, and drive overall business performance. This role requires a blend of leadership, operational expertise, guest-centric thinking, and the ability to run a high-energy bar & dining environment. Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily restaurant operations and ensure seamless FOH & BOH coordination Lead, train, and supervise the service team; manage shift schedules Maintain high standards of guest interaction, service quality, and ambience Handle guest queries, feedback, escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction Monitor inventory, ordering, vendor coordination, and stock controls Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing protocols Track sales performance, create reports, and support P&L management Develop and implement strategies to increase footfall and revenue Oversee bar operations along with bar team to maintain premium beverage standards Support HR in hiring, onboarding, and staff development Uphold brand values, culture, and service ethos of Gulmohar Requirements4–6 years of experience in restaurant management (bar experience preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Hands-on approach with ability to manage peak hours efficiently Knowledge of modern Indian dining, bar setups, and guest experience trends Understanding of POS systems, billing, inventory, and basic P&L Ability to maintain composure and deliver under pressure Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and peak shifts What We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunity to grow within Begonia Hospitality’s expanding portfolio A vibrant, creative, high-energy work environment Training & development support
