Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Reservations Manager to join our team, with 4-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage reservations operations for seamless guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective reservation strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Analyze reservation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Lead and motivate a team of reservation staff to achieve goals.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service and quality.
Job Requirements
