Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Manager located in Port Blair. The Reservations Manager will oversee the reservation process, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Tasks will include managing bookings, handling customer inquiries, coordinating with sales teams, and providing training to staff. The role involves regular communication with clients to confirm reservations and address any issues that may arise.

Qualifications

• Experience in Reservations and Customer Service
• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Ability to provide Training to staff
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using reservation systems and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
