Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Manager located in Bardez, Goa. The Reservations Manager will be responsible for handling and managing reservations, coordinating with the hospitality team to ensure seamless guest experiences, and maintaining accurate records of bookings. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, engaging with guests, and addressing their inquiries. The role involves contributing to sales efforts through effective communication with potential clients and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures while training the team on best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Reservations management and maintaining booking systems
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to address guest needs and inquiries
• Experience with Sales and the ability to drive bookings through effective engagement
• Competence in Training team members to uphold high service standards
• Organizational and time management abilities
• Prior experience in hospitality management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
