Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Reservation Manager located in Port Blair. The Assistant Reservation Manager will be responsible for managing reservations, handling customer service inquiries, maintaining effective communication with clients, driving sales performance, and assisting in staff training. The role involves ensuring smooth operations and enhancing the overall customer experience through effective coordination and problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Reservations and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Sales and Training
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field is preferred
