About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Reservation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage reservations across phone, WhatsApp, email, OTAs, and website.
• Ensure accurate room availability, rates, and booking details in PMS.
• Convert enquiries with proactive follow-ups and upselling.
• Support revenue team with pick-up trends, forecast inputs, and daily reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, OTA teams, and Front Office for smooth operations.
• Handle amendments, cancellations, group blocks, and special requests.
• Maintain high-quality guest communication and professional service.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in Reservations or Front Office (resort experience preferred).
• Strong communication, guest-handling, and multitasking abilities.
• Hands-on with PMS, OTA extranets, and email/WhatsApp communication.
• Sales-oriented with understanding of rate structures and room categories.
