Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Reservations Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels, with a strong background in hospitality and excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage reservations operations, including handling bookings, cancellations, and amendments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as front office and housekeeping, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Analyze reservation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates.
  • Supervise and train a team of reservation staff members to achieve high performance standards.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Strong knowledge of reservation systems and software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in managing teams and leading by example.
