We are seeking a Reservations Manager to oversee and optimize our reservation operations across boutique hotels, villas, and serviced apartments. The role involves managing online travel agency (OTA) platforms, direct bookings, and guest communications, while ensuring a seamless booking experience and maximizing occupancy and revenue. --- Key Responsibilities Reservation Management & Operations Handle daily reservations for all properties (hotel rooms, villas, and apartments). Coordinate with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, etc.) and update availability, rates, and inventory. Manage booking confirmations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests. Maintain reservation systems and ensure accurate, real-time updates. Guest Communication & Service Serve as the primary point of contact for pre-arrival guest communication. Provide prompt, professional, and personalized responses to inquiries via phone, email, and OTAs. Ensure smooth handover of guest details to the operations/housekeeping team. Handle guest complaints or escalations with empathy and problem-solving skills. Revenue & Performance Optimization Monitor room/villa occupancy, booking trends, and cancellations. Work with management to optimize pricing, availability, and promotions to maximize revenue. Generate reports on reservation statistics, occupancy, revenue, and guest patterns. Coordinate with marketing for special campaigns and offers. Team Coordination & Administration Collaborate with operations, housekeeping, and guest relations teams for seamless check-ins/check-outs. Maintain guest records and ensure data accuracy in booking systems. Train and guide junior reservation executives, if required. --- Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience in reservations, front office, or revenue management roles (hospitality background is a must). Strong knowledge of OTA platforms and PMS/RMS systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
