Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Manager at Sayaji Hotels Ltd., located in Indore. The Reservations Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the reservations team, ensuring efficient handling of guest bookings, optimizing occupancy and revenue, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role includes coordinating with other departments, monitoring booking channels, handling guest inquiries, and implementing strategies to maximize room revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations management, hotel management, or related field
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in hotel management software and booking systems
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Analytical skills for optimizing occupancy and revenue
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the same profile will be an advantage
