Reservations Manager

As a Reservations Manager at WelcomHeritage Mount Valley Resort in Jaipur, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all reservations operations and ensuring a seamless booking experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include managing customer service inquiries, handling OTAs, coordinating with sales teams, and interacting with Travel Agents to optimize guest satisfaction. With a minimum of 4 years of experience in Hotel Reservation/FO/Sales, you are expected to demonstrate expertise in Reservations and Sales. Your strong Customer Service skills will be essential in effectively handling inquiries and complaints. Excellent written and verbal Communication skills are a must to communicate with guests and other departments efficiently. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for processing reservations, managing Contractual Rates, and training staff to uphold service quality standards. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field would be advantageous. Proficiency in reservation systems and hotel management software is required to excel in this position. Your ability to work independently, maintain high motivation levels, and leverage your prior experience in the hospitality industry will be assets in fulfilling the duties of this role at our luxury resort in Jaipur.,
