Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Manager. The role is located in Jaipur. The Reservations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all reservations operations, managing customer service inquiries, ensuring a seamless booking experience, handling OTAs and coordinating with sales teams. Daily tasks include processing reservations, Travel Agent interaction, Contractual Rates , Handling OTA , and communicating with other departments to optimize guest satisfaction. Qualifications Minimum 4 Years experience in Hotel Reservation/FO/Sales Expertise in Reservations and Sales Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in Training staff and ensuring service quality standards Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous Proficient in reservation systems and hotel management software Ability to work independently and maintain high motivation levels Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an asset Show more Show less
