Reservations Manager

Role Overview: As a Reservations Manager at WelcomHeritage Mount Valley Resort in Jaipur, your main responsibility will be overseeing all reservations operations to ensure a seamless booking experience for guests. You will manage customer service inquiries, handle OTAs, and coordinate with sales teams to optimize guest satisfaction. Your daily tasks will include processing reservations, interacting with Travel Agents, managing contractual rates, and liaising with other departments within the hotel. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all reservations operations at the hotel - Manage customer service inquiries and complaints effectively - Ensure a seamless booking experience for guests - Handle OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) and coordinate with sales teams - Process reservations and manage contractual rates - Communicate with other departments to optimize guest satisfaction Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of experience in Hotel Reservation/FO/Sales - Expertise in reservations and sales within the hospitality industry - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience in training staff and ensuring service quality standards - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous - Proficiency in reservation systems and hotel management software - Ability to work independently and maintain high motivation levels - Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an asset,
