Reservations Manager

Role Overview: As a Reservations Manager at Golden Tulip Candolim Goa, you will hold a full-time, on-site position where your primary responsibilities will include managing reservations, addressing customer service inquiries, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your daily tasks will involve processing bookings, managing cancellations, and optimizing room inventory. In addition to these duties, you will also be expected to provide sales support and conduct training sessions for team members.
