Role Summary

You'll be the first point of contact for guests making reservations across JadeCaps, RedOlive, and StayJade properties. Your job is to ensure smooth and efficient booking experiences, optimize occupancy, and respond to guest inquiries with warmth and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily reservation inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
• Convert inbound leads into confirmed bookings while maintaining high response SLAs
• Coordinate with property managers to confirm availability, special requests, and check-in readiness
• Optimize booking calendars and pricing in sync with revenue manager inputs
• Handle pre-arrival and post-booking guest communication professionally
• Maintain booking records and payment details accurately in PMS
• Follow SOPs for cancellations, refunds, overbookings, and special cases

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in hospitality, travel, or customer service roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Working knowledge of OTA platforms and Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Customer-first mindset with calm under pressure
