Ensuring that quality of reservation is maintained in terms of Guest details rates, payment methods etc. Supervise the reservation team, ensuring clear communication and service focused environment. Organise training for all staff , passion for leadership and teamwork . Build a strong relationships with Corporate clients , travel agents and third party partners. Support revenue optimization by monitoring availability ,yield and demand trends. Handle & resolve reservation related issues in Professional and Guest centric manner.
Identify Potential Business and communicate leads to the sales team. Ensure guest privacy &information confidentiality is strictly maintained.
Knowledge of Reservation and Revenue Management is must.
