Reservations Executive

This role is essential for converting inquiries into confirmed reservations and ensuring accurate guest data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking Management:

    Handle all reservation channels (phone, email, online systems) with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Revenue Generation:

    Apply upselling techniques and offer package deals to maximize room revenue.
  • Data Accuracy:

    Accurately input and maintain all booking details, special requests, and payment information in the

    Property Management System (PMS)

    .
  • Communication:

    Confirm, modify, and cancel reservations, clearly communicating hotel policies and rates to guests and travel partners.
  • Rate Knowledge:

    Maintain expert knowledge of all room types, current rates, promotions, and packages.

Requirements

  • Experience:

    2-5 years in a Reservations or Front Office role (Hotel Management background preferred).
  • Skills:

    Exceptional telephone etiquette, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with hotel PMS and reservations software.
  • Attribute:

    A strong sales-oriented approach and an understanding of revenue management principles.
