Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Reservation Associate to join our team at Le Mridien. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate reservations efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
Maintain accurate records and reports of reservations and customer interactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer experiences through prompt and professional communication.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Reservation Associate or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with reservation systems and software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
