Key Responsibilities Perform spa treatments such as massages, body therapies, and wellness services as per SOPs. Conduct guest consultations to assess needs and recommend suitable treatments. Ensure treatment rooms are prepared, clean, and sanitised before and after each session. Maintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene, and professionalism. Educate guests on spa services, products, and post-treatment care. Upsell spa treatments, packages, and products to increase revenue. Position Overview You are responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operation of all technology systems within the resort, including business-critical hospitality applications, guest-facing systems, IT infrastructure, and surveillance systems. You will maintain high service standards for both guests and staff, ensure IT security, and support daily operational needs in close coordination with the System Administrator at Pune Head Office. Key Responsibilities 1. IT Infrastructure Management Maintain and monitor desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, Wi-Fi systems, firewalls, and switches. Ensure 99% uptime for critical applications such as InnkeyS PMS, POS, and accounting software. Oversee and maintain Door Lock Software and ensure proper integration with PMS. Perform preventive maintenance on all IT equipment. 2. CCTV Operations & Monitoring Manage and monitor CCTV systems across all resort locations, including: Security Gate, Main Building, Club House, Site Office, Sales Office, Family Villa, Luxe 8, Phase 3, and all other existing and upcoming resort premises. Ensure all CCTV cameras and recording systems are fully operational and compliant with retention policies. Coordinate with the Security team for incident review and video retrieval when required. Conduct regular CCTV health checks. Report any CCTV faults immediately and ensure resolution within the agreed timelines. Maintain records of all CCTV faults and resolution actions. 3. Guest Technology Support Ensure reliable guest Wi-Fi, TV, kiosks, and other guest-facing technologies. Resolve guest IT-related complaints promptly. Monitor guest satisfaction related to technology services. 4. User Support & Troubleshooting Act as the first point of contact for resort staff IT issues. Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems within SLA timelines. Log, track, and close support tickets promptly, keeping the System Administrator informed. 5. IT Security & Data Protection Manage antivirus, firewalls, user access, and ensure regular cloud-based backups. Conduct regular security audits and apply updates/patches. 6. Vendor & AMC Coordination Coordinate with vendors for procurement, AMC renewals, and technical support. Work closely with software providers for InnkeyS PMS, Door Lock Software, POS, and other applications. 7. IT Asset & Inventory Control Maintain an updated inventory of IT hardware and licensed software. Ensure timely replacement of outdated equipment. 8. Project Implementation Assist in deploying new IT systems, upgrades, and hospitality technology solutions. Coordinate with corporate IT and vendors for rollouts and integrations. 9. Training & Awareness Train resort staff on InnkeyS PMS, Door Lock Software, POS, and other applications. Conduct cybersecurity awareness sessions for staff. 10. Daily Reporting Daily reporting to the System Administrator. All the incidents are reported to System Administrator in timely manner.
